Viki Hoveland opened her doors in March of 1993 with the goal of creating delicious, highly flavored products using the endless variety and array of flavors from fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables. Small batches of specialty combinations of fruits and flavors are offered at her charming store, where you may watch everything being prepared by hand.
